Bossé
Bossé

The colour of Bossé-clair heartwood is pinkish and resembles pale mahogany. The 50-100 mm thick sapwood is light pink and differs little in colour from the heartwood. The smell of freshly cut Bossé, like Sapeli, reminds one of Cedar, as a result of which both types can be confused with each other. However, Bossé is lighter in colour than Sapeli.
